Joan Giordano

The silencing of women’s voices that has existed over centuries of civilizations throughout the world is akin to murder.

In Murder She Said, voice silencing is clearly manifested as rage in an undulating form of feminine curves and attached to the wall with rifle bullets obtained from a male-centric mountain town centered around a gun shop.

The rage experienced during those voice silencing moments is inherent in the imagery and is as fatal as a gunshot.
